A few days ago I practiced with my new buoy and it was just what I needed. It doesn't bother you at all when you're swimming, but it's always there when you need it for a break. I bought Wednesday. I'm 5ft 4in, 160lbs and he held me perfectly. The inside gets a little wet so don't put your phone inside unless you have it in a separate waterproof case. I was so nervous before my first outdoor race. Now I feel more comfortable because I will have my buoy with me.
