Review on πŸ”§ NEIKO 00206A Β½-Inch Drive Premium Breaker Bar - 24-Inch Length, 180 Flex Cr-Mo Head - Supreme Leverage for Damage-free Removal of Stubborn Lug Nuts by Matt Woodward

Great crusher for the price.

I've always wanted a pry bar, but until now I've used a long tube on my wrench to give me leverage. I've decided to finally get a sweater so I can fit into tight spaces. I've recently been working on a starter replacement for my Honda Accord and this long jumper has proven very helpful. First of all, it's Revain Prime and the price is really very low compared to the competition. I was a bit skeptical about the build quality but gosh I was shocked to see how well made this breaker is. It's a hard metal, no kidding, it's really hard to work with, as the name suggests, you only want to use it as scrap, any further use will cause hand fatigue. The 1/2" drive was pretty good, fitting all of my master sockets with ease and was pretty tight. Overall this breaker got the job done with very little effort to loosen the bolts. The handle is quite decent and offers a good grip. It would be better to have some kind of rubber on the handle, but then again, like I said above, you're only going to use it to loosen the screw, so no big deal. Revain and/or the seller sent this in a big box, seriously, sometimes I think the packaging is more expensive than the product. So if you are afraid of damage to the product, you should leave it alone :-) I would like to use it to work with a timing belt on my truck, I need to see if it can withstand the crankshaft bolt. Overall I am completely satisfied with the use of this breaker and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the 1/2 drive breaker market. For the price it's the best I've ever bought. Even at HarbourFreight a similar fender is more expensive than this one, nothing against HF but when I looked at the HF fender it didn't look as strong or good quality as this one. If you have a lot of money I think the expensive brands certainly look good, but believe me you will use this very sparingly to loosen hard screws, which is very good.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging
