I like that it has many different options for ordering. It's easy to use as well! The only thing about this program is how expensive it can be at times if you have more than one location using your system. If there are any problems with orders or inventory then they don't really help out much unless their customer service department knows what happened in regards to those issues. This software was used mainly by our bakery so we were able to see all of the products available from each vendor (in bulk) which made placing large order easier since not having to go back through every product individually. I love how easy it was to set up my account with this software. The customer support team has been great so far as well! They are quick to respond and very helpful. It's not perfect but they've made improvements since we first used them in August of 2018 (at least from what i understand). We have been able to streamline our stock orders for both cafeteria sites and central kitchens by using their system instead of having an employee do that task manually.
