The inventory and purchasing capabilities are excellent. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. The system is very accurate. It provides the functionality to track and monitor inventory and procurement activities. The system does not provide the option to track the pick and pack order. There are frequent problems with the system. The system is very slow to update. It takes a long time to load and is very glitchy. There are also many errors that pop up that seem to be system-wide.

I like that it has many different options for ordering. It's easy to use as well! The only thing about this program is how expensive it can be at times if you have more than one location using your system. If there are any problems with orders or inventory then they don't really help out much unless their customer service department knows what happened in regards to those issues. It has helped us to manage all our supply chain activities in one place, it's very easy to use for anyone who knows how to navigate it. We have been able to streamline and improve processes across many areas of our organization. I do not like that we cannot export data into other systems such as SAP or Oracle which makes analysis difficult when needed. The ease of use to create an order that can be tracked from beginning all the way through shipping/delivery! It has helped me with our food service department in tracking orders for both students as well as staff members at my school.
