The live chat feature is really helpful to engage with customers, it's easy for agents too! I dislike that sometimes there are issues connecting from my end (e.g., slow internet connection). It can be improved by adding more servers or better connections in some countries/locations. There should also be an option of free trial period so new users don't have any issue while trying out this product. We use foyer as our customer service platform which allows us to connect instantly via video calls when we need help solving problems.
