So I got this product and I'm new to wood burning. I would recommend that for beginners. When I received it I noticed that some of the tips were scattered. But it's just a packaging error. I love all the advice he gives and the directions are really helpful and helpful. If you follow ALL the instructions, you really shouldn't have any problems with the tool. I see people complaining that the tip has melted and gotten crooked and I guarantee you these people ignored the warning and waited for it to end. perfectly cool to take out the tip. There's also a one-year warranty, which is great. However, the tips unscrew quite often, so it annoys me that I have to take the pliers and unscrew them again after a few uses. And the handle gets very hot so I would recommend this manufacturer to work on an improvement. All 4 stars because the price is really high for the quality and the twisting of the tips is annoying (but you get a lot of tips that are wonderful). I recommend this product. I haven't used it in over an hour so I'll update this if I use it longer.
