Once again disappointed with the birds

The toy is not bad, but it doesn't make much noise. My bird loves bells, but they're never made of stainless steel. I bought this one thinking it would ring because it has metal parts (stainless). The only piece he plays with is the chain that holds the pieces together and it's not stainless steel. I would pay anything for a pair of pure stainless steel bird toys!
