Works perfectly, after all 8 cups have been taken out the tool still looks the same as when I took it out of the box. All you have to do is take your time and only use hand tools, and as with any faucet, you must take care to clean the threads between the cups. The only issue that needed a bit of chiseling on the top screw was being able to put a socket on it to get the mug out and wish the installation tool had a bit more weight but other than that it's very good for the price and definitely worth it. It worked just as well as the ones twice the price. Just remember the 10% rule!
