You must be smarter than the tool

Worked amazingly as described. As long as you turn off the faucet when it hits the bottom, it works fine, you don't need to turn it on again after it hits the bottom. I did all 8 with a 1/4 ratchet. A little oil on the faucet also helps

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • I don't remember but something was

Cheap fuel injection junk

The tap/puller started falling apart on the first cup and failed on the third. I ended up making myself a new piece to hold the faucet. To update. You saw my review and sent me a new one, so it means something. You just have to use steel instead of aluminum for the puller.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • High price

Works well enough to get the job done

The cups were fine. appeared to be of good quality. The tools were good enough to get the job done. Puller worked great. slightly deformed the base plate. The installer worked fine but since everything is aluminum it doesn't last more than 2 or 3 installs. it would be too distorted.

Pros
  • Good thing

Good but a little improvement couldn't hurt

The product arrived and was well packaged. The removal tool worked well but could be improved. If it had a little bearing in it it would spin better, but overall it worked very well. The mugs appeared to be well made, not damaged and fitted very well after being placed in the freezer. Overall satisfied with this product

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Negative gift

Very good product for the price.

Works perfectly, after all 8 cups have been taken out the tool still looks the same as when I took it out of the box. All you have to do is take your time and only use hand tools, and as with any faucet, you must take care to clean the threads between the cups. The only issue that needed a bit of chiseling on the top screw was being able to put a socket on it to get the mug out and wish the installation tool had a bit more weight but other than that it's very good for the price and definitely…

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
