It is of good quality. I just received this and installed it in under 10 minutes (approx). I used teflon tape, which is a must (although rubber grommets will work). The two things I didn't like about this bidet were the lack of "quality control" in the manufacturing. First, the bidet base frame that attaches to the hose is sharp as a blade (pictured with a yellow arrow) and will cut your arms off if you accidentally squeeze that part (especially if you have big hands). . I had to file the edges before installation. I used the "good old nail file" technique. Second, the spray lever is too short. Again, if you have big hands, this will be a problem. In any case, the device is of high quality and will definitely last a lifetime.
