The tablet lived up to expectations, a beautiful picture. Gave to my wife for Christmas. She loved it until one day a few weeks ago it stopped working properly. The picture twitched, the display constantly switched between different displays. I tried turning off the tablet, it didn't help. I was able to restart the computer, when the tablet was turned back on, it booted into safe mode. I still can't turn off the tablet and I can't figure out what happened. Tried contacting support today. Will update the review when I have more information. Excellent customer service (cs). They asked me to factory reset the tablet and gave simple instructions. This fixed some issues, but 1/3 of the touchscreen still didn't work. CS asked me to send a video showing how the touchscreen behaves. In the following email I was informed that they are sending a new replacement tablet. No further questions and sorry we had a problem. Excellent customer service. As soon as I receive a replacement tablet I will update this review again. I received a new replacement tablet yesterday. seen today. Works perfectly and enjoy using it. Thank you Pritom. Sometimes there are problems. How a company responds is the benchmark for the company I want to do business with. I will buy from Pritom again. Good product!
