Most people say you need tie rods, tie rods or steering wheel etc as 2 bolts holding the pressure lines and that's it. I was a bit apprehensive at first about changing them on my regular 2000 Toyota Tundra 4x4 SR5 cab, but I just took my time and replaced them in 15 minutes from start to finish, tightening the nuts and bolts. Very easy installation and what a difference in my truck. Awesome jacks, SOLID. PS Some also recommend lubricating them, and not only did I clean the holes they go in with a thin emery cloth. I don't like the lube idea there
