I like that its allows you to upload your own logo, it's easy for customers (and clients) to get an idea what their invoice will look like before they submit payment; great way to ensure transparency in business relationships! I dislike how hard it is to understand and navigate through the software. It can be difficult to find certain features within the interface - even if you know where things are, going back to those items from another page requires more clicking than desired. Also there really should be easier ways to customize email templates or create new ones. Try it out! You'll probably end up loving this tool! We use it as our main app/tool to send all incoming payments to. This saves us time, money & effort!
