Review on AIRx HEALTH 16X25X1 Pleated Filter by Brett Morrison

They just arrived and I have replaced my old filter. They are 30% cheaper but identical to the previous filter pack I bought from Revain. The same quality of filter material, exactly the same frame, same markings and identical dimensions. I bought 3M filters from HD and they were too tight (bent when inserted and torn when removed) in my oven and other Revain brands were too loose. They fit perfectly. When considering MERV13 for the first time, be aware that they need to be changed more frequently than standard MERV filters. The amount of particles removed from the air is amazing, but a clogged filter is bad for your oven/fan. I live in a 3 story townhouse and cook a lot, so the system fan is often used to circulate cold air from the basement to the hot kitchen. I usually change these filters every 2-3 months.
