I've only had the timers for one day so can't comment on durability but they packaged the product very carefully. Each timer was wrapped in plastic. Two AAA batteries came in an individual plastic package. Also included was a plastic wrapped cleaning cloth. All of this was in a small box. The buttons on the timers are large and easy to use. I didn't have to use the instruction manual that came with the timers as it's pretty easy to use. I can't use the giant magnet on the back because I don't have a metal surface for it, but the magnet worked great in testing. I used the built in kickstand and it works great. On the first day of use I can say that I am satisfied.
