Victorio VKP 250 - excellent labor savings. I made 30 pounds of tomatoes in the same time as 10 pounds the traditional way. I'm glad the strainer that came with it was a tomato and apple sauce strainer because the extra strainer(s) I ordered hadn't arrived yet. It was easy to assemble and use, but cleaning the tomato strainer is no easy task and it should come with a brush to help with the process. Otherwise I would say this is a great buy for anyone making sauces or jams. It's important to note that when using this food grinder you don't need to remove the skin from the tomatoes or the stalks, in the case of rum you simply feed them through the grinder and they will come out of the ejection chute. The discharge chute seems a little flimsy to me, so I'm hoping there will be a replacement in the future.
