Endless fun! on stackable blocks

I love any type of toy that 1. comes with a storage box and 2. gives my kids creative play opportunities. Blocks of any type are a great tool to facilitate imaginative play, collaboration (exchanging blocks), imaginative play, fine motor skills, verbal skills (name of an animal or creation), and color identification. My kids (ages 4,5, 3 and 1) loved playing with them and building their own farm. My 1 year old really liked the shape sorter top (as seen in the photo). She spent ages fitting them and clapped with delight when she did. From my point of view, all the blocks were perfectly stowed in their container. The only wish is that the container would be stronger. It's made of heavier cardboard, but not strong enough to support children sitting or climbing on it. Although the blocks are smaller, they aren't so small that I have to worry about my 1 year old putting them in his mouth.
