Review on 🍳 Gotham Steel Hammered Copper Collection – 10” Nonstick Fry Pan with Lid: Premium Cookware with Even Heating & Durability by Jeff Pettis

We bought these pans to replace our old non-stick pans that were starting to peel off. We bought 12 foot and 10 inch pans. Both came with clear glass lids that fit together nicely. Each lid has a small hole in the jar to allow steam to escape. This is a very nice feature. Outside. The design looks like aluminum with a copper coating. There is a magnetic induction plate at the bottom of each pan. The rim of each pan is thicker than the pan itself for added strength. The copper ceramic non-stick coating is the best I can say. I have seen or used them. NOTHING STAYS ON THIS COVER! We've tried everything from cooking without butter or oil to frying cheese and chocolate. These pans are deeper than your standard pan, which is great too. The side of the pan is also straight rather than sheer. You can prepare large meals. Our pans look great, cook great and clean up with paper towels when needed. The pans we received meet all the manufacturer's specifications. I would definitely buy them again. But I guess following Mama Nufacture's use and care instructions isn't going to come anytime soon.
