Fairly bright, stable temperature

I bought this lamp because I needed several lamps for use in fixed light photography. I bought this one because it's 5500K and it's supposed to be stable. In my own testing, I've found that the temperature and brightness remain stable after you've given it about 5 minutes to warm up (I took a series of 1/200s shots in burst mode and measured the temperature of the light in each frame checked for testing ). After about 5 minutes, the brightness stabilizes, as does the temperature. Most CFLs vary in temperature and brightness around 60 Hz (household frequency). This bulb claims to be as bright as a 200w incandescent bulb, but I don't entirely agree with that statement. It's a bit brighter (according to my camera's exposure meter) than a 100W bulb, but not by much. It is approximately 25% brighter than 22W GE bulbs advertised as 100W equivalent.
