Tested prior to installation with the vacuum pressure held but the problem is the diaphragm, it is located about 1/4 higher than the factory which causes the 4x4 ring to remain partially engaged with the wheel hub , which makes a grinding noise and causes damage to the hub. A complete waste of time. Don't buy, go with OEM, pay extra $, trust me
