I love Rada products. So when I found some chef's knives, I had to buy them. This is a great knife and cuts like you would expect from a Rada. The only drawback is that the blade is stamped from the same sheet metal blanks as the rest of the knives. So even if you have a paring knife or a chef's knife, they all have the same very thin blade. This is great for a paring knife, but makes it a bit awkward when a larger knife is slicing and dicing. But with that he said. They work well and I enjoy them. But for the tasks that a chef's knife requires, I will probably buy a thicker blade with a more comfortable grip in the future.
