Damaged lid, broken enamel in packaging
Despite the bad reviews, I trusted the Crock Pot brand and bought this Dutch Oven. The lid was damaged and when I tried to examine the pot for damage a few pieces of enamel fell onto my table and base. I've asked for a replacement but based on other reviews I'm not optimistic.
