Review on Cable Matters Ethernet Adapter Supporting Networking Products by David Mills

It was a quick and easy fix. My biggest complaint is that there is a flashy .

A lightning storm caused a power surge on my phone and ethernet lines and my ethernet port was down. It was a quick and easy fix. My biggest complaint is the noticeable drop in speed between this connection and the ethernet port on my motherboard. It could very well be because my computer is old enough to only have USB 2.0; maybe it would be the same as a USB 3.0 port on the motherboard. I also can't figure out how to not put this device to sleep or at least not detect it after a reboot. I went into the properties of the device and told it to never sleep, but it does anyway. So, after my computer goes to sleep or after a reboot, I have to unplug and plug in the USB again. The driver comes to the device. Just keep an eye on the popup after you connect it. Even though my regular ethernet port was blown up, I still had to go into the settings and disable the built-in LAN
