Best knife I've ever bought

I use this knife every day in a professional kitchen. Best knife i've ever bought. I would recommend this to any chef out there. Easiest knife ive ever sharpened as well. Holds an edge forever.

  • Best in class in edge retention, toughness, and ease of sharpening. Can be resharpened to reacquire its original sharpness for years on end.
Cons
  • The knife may not be dishwasher safe and require hand washing only
