I have emailed the company and am waiting for an answer as to why they are not measuring any weight at all. I was wrong. It works but responds very slowly. As I was informed. This is for really heavy trailers, not the one I only use at 150lbs. I used a weight safe to bring the tongue weight down to around 150 and used a bathroom scale to get the accuracy needed to balance the trailer. If you have a heavy trailer, the scale will work for you.
