Finally understood!
Didn't like it at first. NO INSTRUCTIONS WITH ROLL. SO HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS. Clean up the window. Then just use soapy water in a spray bottle, I used dish soap. Squeegee, utility knife and metal blade so you get a nice cut edge. and at first I couldn't get it to stand until I realized there was a clear backing on the vinyl that needed to be removed.
