This product is advertised as easy to use. It might be, but they don't tell you it's not easy to install. There was no user manual, just a card with a folder saying use the CD or download the software from a third-party website. When you try to download from bit.ly you can't even download without installing the pcloud app which is hard to navigate like a web browser because the apps are not available on the computers where I move the scanned documents want to. . I can't even find download instructions for this item online. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it scans well, but to move documents to the computer I have to insert the SD card into the phone and then move it, which is a huge inconvenience. I wish I could return it but I ordered it in September 2020 and didn't take it out of the box to use until I opened my shop in March 2021. $120 error
