I love this product. I have never used pastels in my work. This was the first time I've used this for a portrait and I've used Arches hot press paper and it worked amazingly. The skin tone was nice, juicy and smooth, although I wish they had added a medium skin tone and blush color. I threw away the tools and used brushes and makeup brushes instead. I found the foam tools cumbersome and not precise enough for me. I would highly recommend this product to any serious portrait painter.
