Battery cover opened and does not close
I am satisfied with the quality and accuracy. I like the probe. I mainly use it for blending in a blender. But somehow the battery cover popped open and the screw was still in place and the battery compartment was wet. I removed the screw but I can't tighten anything and the instructions are useless for this task. Let's see how their warranty/customer service goes. I used this from January 2021 to May 2021, less than a year.
