Fits 2006 4.2 Trailblazer!
Had to see if it had a right angle MAF connector - it does! Easy to install - one of the clamps is barely enough. I didn't notice an increase in noise like I've seen in other reviews. Can't say the mileage is any better or worse - I just went shopping / drove my daughter. In the future I plan to buy a Gibson exhaust and tune it.
