Good quality/great communication from seller

Let's start by saying I'm passionate about ratchet straps. I've had to use them regularly for the last ten years, and lately almost every day. Whether it's music and photography gear being transported from place to place or my company's vehicles, untangling and reattaching straps to use them was a daily task. If I didn't install the straps the first time, forget it, everyone knows I did. Speaking of which, I tangled/tangled/wrongly tied the straps back and spent more time getting them ready for use than securing the load. Well, that changed everything. I originally ordered four of the 1500 1x10 straps to test and when I received the package I thought they sent me the wrong ones as the strap said Β£500. I contacted the seller and the fault was mine. I'm used to companies adding tensile strength to the belt, almost all do. These guys apply a working load to the webbing, 1/3 the breaking strength. The seller responded in a flash and in great detail. I know that if I contacted you about a different issue, you would also know what is important to me. They are amazing to use. The hook clip is a great feature that I never knew I was missing, whether it retracts or not, I recommend it for all future straps. During use, these straps allow me to get the same level of tension I'm used to, where the retractable straps I've tried from major brands wouldn't let me tension much tighter than a bungee. Well the real reason I bought and hated regular straps was the assembly and disassembly and this is where they really shine. I attach one end to the anchor point and just pull it through the weight to the other anchor point and clamp. I tighten it to the right measurement and that's it (I'm sure they'll let you overtighten if you want or need to, so that's a feature of my book, not a bug). Loosening the strap is just as easy as a regular strap, except it doesn't need to be wiggled to loosen enough to loosen the straps, it releases all tension instantly and is very easy to work with. Unhook the hook and the strap comes back and ready for use again. No more tangled rear seat belts, no more unnecessary things untangling and flapping everywhere requiring you to stop and re-tie to look professional. These things do everything for you. I will be buying these and the seller's strength 3300 for my entire fleet and as gifts for anyone who uses ratchet straps because it drives their sanity and for someone with a back pain like me this was a little bonus you must have the Do not tighten the strap before the ratchet. I cannot recommend this type of straps enough and I would highly recommend this seller based on the customer experience I have had. So far the applications have been few, but since I will be using them almost every day, I will update them if problems arise.
