This product arrived undamaged and without incident. I really like my new V-Slicer! I have 2 other V-Slicers. One from the 70's and one from the 80's. And they still work great! I just wanted a new one. This product works great. For those who don't like this mandolin, I recommend watching some YouTube videos on how to use it properly. It is very sharp and you must be careful or you risk cutting yourself. I am a fan of Swissmar & Borner products. Make sure you have an original and not a fake. These products are not cheap and fragile. If you get a stain on it, a little bleach will do the trick.
