Hose cannot be replaced if damaged
The hose is crimped directly to the hub fitting. As far as I could tell, there wasn't a way to easily replace the hose. If the hose gets damaged, you'll need to buy a whole new unit -- reel and all. Also, as others have mentioned, the hose smells like death (hopefully it is not out-gassing something unhealthy).
