It has several ranges that are zero, 0.030 in particular is not a favorite for this. Most likely this is just an artifact of the ADC calculations at low resolution. There isn't a big one. Add some filter capacitors, the 0603 handled this fairly easily and replace the dead electrolyte they put in. Very fast and stable readings within a percentage of my calibrated LCR meter. Very impressive. If you want to dig into these guys, change a few things, and work with low voltage, this meter is perfect for you.
