but not quite what I was expecting. It's a little long and the blades are REALLY sharp and deep. I was hoping for a larger grater that can cut the zest of lemons, limes, oranges, etc. This product is not suitable for this. It resulted in an acidic essence every time and I felt a lot of resistance when using the product. I will keep it because I love the color and it was very affordable; but I will only use it for grating hard cheeses like parmesan.
