I'm 6 feet 2 inches tall and fair between M and L in the size table, so I chose L. It was too small. The shoulder straps roared painfully into my shoulders and my legs were so narrow that the blood circulation was interrupted and my legs were getting numb almost immediately. I have had many pairs of bibs from different manufacturers so I know what they should be like. They should be tight but not as painful as these. All other short bib brands I own are L or smaller. If you are small, the diagram will probably be exactly for you, but you can still order at least one size larger than you measure.
