Size 5 and 6 are exactly the same.
Nice shirt and good quality but odd size. Size 4 is more like a 3t, but size 5 and 6 are EXACTLY the same. I am now disappointed that I have two of the same size instead of being ready for his next size up. My son loves this shirt so much and cried for days after outgrowing his size 4!
