Purchased and installed to work on a 2002 Cummins Dodge Ram 2500. This part makes the steering stiffer and helps reduce wander. After installation, the truck feels much safer. It's not an easy installation task, but it's also impossible for someone who can turn a wrench over the weekend. The quality corresponds to the price and I have not seen anything that could bother me. Overall, I'm happy with what I paid and the results. However, chances are this part alone won't solve your problem if you have the dreaded "death wobble". Be sure to check/replace any other worn front suspension parts. Adding this curly bracket will help in this case, but you will be disappointed and it will not be a detail error. I've been a mechanic for a while and witnessed it. The strut is designed to complement a front suspension that is in good condition. This is not a replacement for worn parts.
