Bought Suburban for my wife. It went in with no problems. It was accurate and loaded well. Last week my wife calls on the way home from work and tells me that the truck is telling her the battery isn't being recharged. The generator failed in less than 2 months. I contacted the manufacturer via the feedback form. I haven't received an answer yet. Today I tried to call their customer service (Thursday 1pm) and after 5 minutes of waiting I was told that there are currently no support staff. How is that possible on a weekday at noon. I'll sell auto parts after work and buy a reconditioned alternator. Even if that fails, I can go to the store to get a replacement instead of waiting for an email or phone call which may never happen.
