It's easy for me to use, it has great customization options so I can make my own dashboard or add new ones that are most useful to our department! The support team was very helpful when we had questions about how certain features worked together (ease of getting started with).

There isn't much out there like this product in terms of ease-of -use/customization + quality customer service & responsiveness from development teams. We needed something where all members could easily see what they were doing right / wrong without having multiple people constantly checking each other work. This allows us to track data quickly across different departments within our hospital while also giving everyone access to information at once instead of one person looking through everything individually.
