Great solution and amazing Customer Service

It's easy for me to use, it has great customization options so I can make my own dashboard or add new ones that are most useful to our department! The support team was very helpful when we had questions about how certain features worked together (ease of getting started with). There isn't much out there like this product in terms of ease-of -use/customization + quality customer service & responsiveness from development teams. An extremely user friendly solution

The ease of use of this software - it's so intuitive that you can't imagine how anyone would feel more comfortable with a non-FACS-based system. There are no downsides or things I dislike about the product. I recommend this software to everyone who needs easy access to all their patient data. It has been very useful for our entire department in seeing where we need to improve. We have been able to identify trends in our patient population for better management of each patient.
