Review on π² 1.75mm Wood PLA 3D Printing Filament by Mike Morris
Fantastic Black PLA+
I was looking for solid black to print on my kunai and I think I found it. This PLA+ prints with rich black tones and lays down very cleanly. Has a very smooth surface. It arrived vacuum packed and has been fine so far. Printed at 205 and bed at 70. I think my only gripe would be the lack of a reusable bag. But it was only $19, so we can even call it that. I haven't finished the print yet but will post pictures when I'm done.
- BUBBLE FREE: As we all know, wet filaments form air bubbles during 3D printing, which affects print quality. The raw material for our wood filament is carefully fired before production, dried again before vacuum packing, and a small desiccant bag is added to the packing bag. This is necessary to ensure that the filament is dry and that no air bubbles are created during printing.
