Description of 🌲 1.75mm Wood PLA 3D Printing Filament

WOOD FILAMENT: Our Wood Filament 1.75mm is made of 20% superfine wood fiber and 80% premium PLA. If you want to get a 3D printed work with real woody feeling, then our PLA WOOD filament is your best choice. HIGH COMPATIBILITY: Different from other PLA wood filament use wood powder as raw material, we use wood fiber to make the filament fine and smooth. Our Wood Filament can compatible with most of FDM 3D printers in market, because it will not jamming your nozzle even you didn’t change your nozzle to 0.6mm or 0.8mm. DEGRADABLE PLA: Our 3D Printer Filament PLA Wood is non-toxic, odorless and degradable. If you throw it in the garbage, it will be completely degraded within two months under the action of bacteria and moisture, so you don't have to worry about polluting the environment. NO BUBBLES: As we all known, damp filament will generate air bubbles during 3D printing, which will affect the print quality. The raw materials of our Wood Filament are carefully baked before production, dried again before vacuum packaging, and a small bag of desiccant is added to the packaging bag. This is to ensure the dryness of the filament, and there will be no air bubbles when you print. QUALITY GUARANTEE: If you meet any question or problem when using our Wood Filament, please contact us via our home page - Ask a question, or via Order-Get help. We will reply you within 24 hours.

Absolute Garbage - Additive Manufacturing Products

I can process most other PLAs with a 200°C hot end and a 60°C layer. It won't stick at all. So I tried increasing the temperature. I put something "acceptable" in at 220C/70C and ran an 8 hour print. Did it in about 15 minutes (5th of 59 layers). Suddenly the piece completely detaches, crumples, sticks to the nozzle and breaks the tip of my BLTouch. I will never put this in my Ender 5 Plus again.

Pros
  • HIGH COMPATIBILITY: Unlike other PLA wood filament, it uses wood powder as raw material, we use wood fiber to make the filament thin and smooth. Our wood filament can be compatible with most FDM 3D printers on the market because it won't clog the nozzle even you haven't changed the nozzle to 0.6mm or 0.8mm.
Cons
  • So far, so good

Fantastic Black PLA+

I was looking for solid black to print on my kunai and I think I found it. This PLA+ prints with rich black tones and lays down very cleanly. Has a very smooth surface. It arrived vacuum packed and has been fine so far. Printed at 205 and bed at 70. I think my only gripe would be the lack of a reusable bag. But it was only $19, so we can even call it that. I haven't finished the print yet but will post pictures when I'm done.

Pros
  • BUBBLE FREE: As we all know, wet filaments form air bubbles during 3D printing, which affects print quality. The raw material for our wood filament is carefully fired before production, dried again before vacuum packing, and a small desiccant bag is added to the packing bag. This is necessary to ensure that the filament is dry and that no air bubbles are created during printing.
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

PLA WOOD - TREES!

I tried to reproduce the beverage can holder shown on the right out of WOOD PLA. The dead print on the left is as far as this thread has ever been. I tried using the included temperature guide, although it differed from every PLA filament I've used. If it worked at all, it was only for a short time before clogging the hot end. And I mean FENCE! Unfortunately this company has to make other types of PLA that are good as the reviews don't reflect how bad wood filament really is. I noticed this…

Pros
  • WOOD FILTER: Our 1.75 mm wood thread consists of 20% extra-fine wood fibers and 80% high-quality PLA. If you want to 3D print with the feel of real wood, then our PLA WOOD filament is your best choice.
