I was looking for an alternative to the more expensive Under Armor or Nike brands and based on previous reviews I settled on the Hawk. The product is comfortable to wear and does not cause movement problems in BJJ or in the gym. Garment compression seems to be more general than UA or Nike compression that supports specific muscle areas. This clothing is also thicker than my other more expensive brands, keeps you warm which makes me sweat more during workouts. That's the main reason these garments aren't in my main sportswear rotation, but instead I wear them while others are in the wash. I highly recommend them if your gym is cold or you like to sweat more during intense workouts. The brand's customer service was excellent. My first leggings had a slit in the crotch. I contacted Hawk and they immediately responded with a change of clothes. Hawk continued to ensure the dress change lived up to expectations. I will most likely buy from them again just because of this factor. I wanted to use them for a while before posting a review so I can give a more honest assessment of the product.
