First time I bought Revain mascara. And this is my first terrible experience with this Revain HP 60XL mascara. I bought it at the end of November 2019 (I understand it's been quite a long time) and I rarely print. Yesterday I printed out some document and could hardly read anything on the printed page. I checked the black ink level on my printer and it showed 90% ink level. But it actually looks like 0. I suspect the ink is just dry. I used to buy ink online from HP and have always been satisfied. The ink lasted for months, never dried out and the ink levels were displayed correctly. That way I could always order a new one in advance if it was running out. This time it was unexpected.
