I used to use liquid latex and was hoping to find a cheaper alternative to what I was previously using. Unfortunately, the thing is terrible. It doesn't clean properly - it breaks into small pieces. Much of it also sticks to the cuticles, which cannot be completely removed with either tweezers or an orange stick. Both times I tried this I had to use lots of acetone to get rid of all the bits stuck to the nail. I got tired of removing all the pieces of latex and ended up just using tape to protect the skin, which was more effective.
