Review on CVR VP655 Vacuum Pump by Anthony Bandzz

I'm still looking for a quiet vacuum pump. I use this pump in my diesel van so it's tucked deep under the seats, access panels, insulation and hoses so I'll probably keep it to myself. As soon as I have time to dismantle it, it will be sold. For a $300+ vacuum pump, this leaves a lot to be desired. This pump was very easy to install but can be heard over the 4 cylinder diesel idling from over 50 feet away! When driving, the pump is very noticeable up to approx. 2700 rpm at 30 km/h. If you're expecting a quiet pump, it's not.
