Kastforce 2x4 deck mounts are exactly what you see. They work exactly as you think! The included screws even have heads painted to match the mount. I've used them before and they work great. Well, if you're looking for real strength, like climbing or standing on rails, go for a steel mount. This is a form of plastic. Fast, light and good looking with moderate power.
