I was looking for a more ergonomic hook when I came across this one. There are some on the market that are twice the price so I decided to try this one first. It's very light and feels good in my hand for crocheting (I haven't used it often enough to see if it helps with tired hands, but I have to guess from the shape alone that it will help at least some). The only downside I've found is that the wood it's made of doesn't have the best "glide" so the twine doesn't move as smoothly as some of the other hooks I have. However, it still does what you need. Overall this is a good hook, just wish it had a "smooth" finish.
