I was a little hesitant to spend more than $300 on a new Blu-ray player, but my previous 4K device stopped working and I always wanted a region-free player. This purchase turned out to be a wise decision; I can now easily play my other region discs and my 4K. When I first got the machine, I noticed that a black screen would interrupt the action from time to time. Concerned that there might be a problem with the player I called tech support, spoke to a very nice man who suggested I try a different HDMI cable and if that didn't work he would get a replacement. The HDMI cable was indeed an issue and I had no issues after replacing it. I appreciate the quick and friendly help on the phone and the super fast shipping. I'm very glad I spent the money for this 4k player as it brings me a lot of entertainment during home quarantine.
